About Near East University
Near East University was founded in 1988 in Nicosia, the capital of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, and is one of the largest universities on the island. Its large campus includes a university hospital, research centres, housing and sports facilities, and it hosts students from many countries.
The university offers a very large number of bachelor's programs in English and Turkish: Medicine, Dentistry, Pharmacy and Veterinary Medicine; Nursing and health sciences; all the main branches of Engineering; Architecture; Economics and Management; Law; Media; and Education.
